Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms & conditions carefully.
To secure your date we require a $100.00 deposit when booking which is payable via direct bank deposit. Your booking is not confirmed until this payment has been received. The remainder of the balance is to be paid in full no later than one week prior to the event.
Please include your full name and date as your payment reference and kindly process remaining balance no later than 1 week prior to the date of the event.
Before The Event
The Super Wrestling Heroes Team will contact you 5- 7 days prior to your confirmed date so we can finalise guest numbers and confirm event details.
**For Parties please note that number of wrestlers/entertainers required for your child’s party is dependent on final guest numbers so it is very important we have these details as soon as possible to ensure all of the wrestlers/entertainers required are available for the party.
Please contact Super Wrestling Heroes no later than 5 days prior to your party date to add any Smashing Add On’s to your event. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any of our Smashing Add On products or services will be available if given less than 5 days’ notice but we will try our best.
The Day Of The Event
There must be a designated supervising parent/carer present for the duration of the party/event. Parents and carers are responsible for the general supervision and conduct of the participating children.
We require an area with sufficient space for the children to participate and be involved in our games and activities, Cold Refreshments (eg water) for the children to drink are recommended as some games can require a bit of energy.
It is best for the children to already be at the event prior to the wrestler’s arrival, we generally suggest starting the event 15-30 minutes prior to the wrestlers arrival.
Please note: our wrestlers/entertainers often have numerous parties or events to attend and will be required to leave on time.
If at any time a child becomes sick or injured it will be the responsibility of the designated supervising parent/carer to seek medical action or take appropriate action.
Super Wrestling Heroes hold full Public Liability Insurance.
Cancellation Policy & Fees
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise. If this happens please contact us immediately so we can arrange the change of your date for you at no extra charge. If you decide to cancel your event, your $100.00 deposit will be retained and will be deducted from any future bookings.
This deduction will be redeemable for a 12 month period from the date of your original booking. Cancellation fees exist due to the fact that if we are holding a time exclusively for your event we are saying no to other potential bookings at that time.
In circumstances such as wild weather or the birthday child falling ill, we will do our best to accommodate postponement requests. If however postponing is not possible, the above cancellation fees will apply.
Postponement acceptance is at Super Wrestling Heroes discretion, and also dependant on future availability.
